Returns and complaints

This is how returns work – quick & easy

Would you like to exchange or return a product? Or have you discovered a defect and would like to file a complaint? Here you'll find all the information you need to process your request quickly and smoothly.


📦 Returns & Exchanges

Item doesn't fit or doesn't meet your expectations?

No problem! You have the right to return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt.


This is how the return works:

  1. Fill out the return form . Please fill out our return form completely. You will receive a return label from us via email .

  2. Costs & Refund The shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer . These will be automatically deducted from the amount of the refund .

  3. Return to us Please send your items with sufficient postage to:

⚠️ We cannot accept packages without postage .


Please note:

  • Printed, personalized, or used items cannot be returned or exchanged .

  • The goods must arrive unworn, in their original packaging and with all tags attached.

  • A direct exchange is not possible – please simply reorder your desired item.

  • In the case of returns of orders with a volume discount, this cannot be taken into account retroactively .


🛠️ Complaint

Product defective or a manufacturing error?

Each pair of our gloves is handcrafted with great care and expertise. However, even we are not infallible. If you notice a defect before first use or after a short period of use , we will be happy to investigate your concerns!


✅ Reasons for complaint (usually visible before use):

  • Open seam (except at the Grip Protection Zone)

  • Incorrect personalization

  • Wrap bandage comes off prematurely

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and replace your product free of charge .

❌ No reason for complaint: Natural wear and tear

As an active goalkeeper, you use your gloves regularly – on grass, artificial turf, or hard courts. This will cause signs of wear and tear that are not a defect but part of normal wear and tear .

Non-complainable:

  • Abrasion or cuts in the adhesive foam due to ball contact

  • Color changes or peeling prints on the backhand

  • Material wear and tear from playing surfaces such as artificial turf or gravel pitches
