Returns & Claims

You have the right to exchange or return faulty or unsuitable items within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

 

1. Please note that printed, personalized or used items cannot be exchanged or returned. For a refund or an exchange, the goods must reach us unworn and in their original packaging, including all labels.

2. The customer bears the shipping costs for returns.

3. If the return is unstamped or incomplete, the return will be rejected or the refund amount will be reduced accordingly.

4. If you ordered with a quantity discount, this can unfortunately no longer be taken into account in the refund.

 

5. A direct exchange of articles is not possible. Please simply reorder your desired item.
