You have the right to exchange or return faulty or unsuitable items within 14 days of receiving the goods.

1. Please note that printed, personalized or used items cannot be exchanged or returned. For a refund or exchange, the goods must be returned to us unworn and in their original packaging, including all labels.

2. Goalkeeping.com will provide a return label after completing the form. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returns. These will be deducted from the refund after the return.

3. If you have ordered with a volume discount, this can unfortunately no longer be taken into account in the refund.

4. It is not possible to exchange items directly. Please simply reorder the item you want.
