Store Coins are automatically credited with every purchase. The number of coins depends on the respective membership level:
Silver Member: 2 Store Coins per €1 spent on product purchases, 1 Store Coin per €1 spent on tickets
Gold Member: 3 Store Coins per €1 spent on product purchases, 1 Store Coin per €1 spent on tickets
Platinum Member: 4 Store Coins per €1 spent on product purchases, 2 Store Coins per €1 spent on tickets

Gold Member: 3 Store Coins per €1 spent on product purchases, 150 Store Coins for your birthday
Platinum Member: 4 Store Coins per €1 spent on product purchases, 200 Store Coins for your birthday, 2 Store Coins per €1 spent on tickets
Store Coins are valid for 12 months. If you don't collect or redeem new coins within this period, they may expire.
No, Store Coins are personal and cannot be transferred to other accounts.
If you return or cancel an order, the corresponding Store Coins will be deducted from your account.
You can find your current Store Coins balance in your customer account under “My Store Coins”.
