NEW TRAINING CONCEPT!
Our new training concept includes nine goalkeeper-specific training modules, which are taught in age- and ability-appropriate groups. The training duration has been increased by 30 minutes per day, while the overall training load has been noticeably reduced. This means that the goalkeepers are less stressed by the heat, especially in the hot summer months.
The daily routine:
8:30 - Come together
9:00 – 9:50 a.m.: 1st training session
9:50 – 10:00 a.m.: Break
