Whether you've been playing for a club for years or are just starting out, NEXT11 is suitable for all soccer-loving kids who want to get more out of themselves. A structured and professionally supervised training plan gives you the opportunity to improve your technique, understanding of the game, and fitness.

We value individualized support, high-quality training, and lots of fun. With NEXT11, you'll have the best conditions to emerge stronger, faster, and more confident on the pitch after the winter.

01

Goalkeepers often train significantly less during the winter months – bad weather and a lack of opportunities make dedicated goalkeeping training rare at clubs. This is understandable, but not ideal for goalkeepers with ambitious goals and a desire to improve. That's exactly what THE NEXT ONE is for: an innovative goalkeeping program, specifically designed for the winter months, with continuous, high-quality training in modern soccer halls.

THE NEXT ONE - Why?

02

The focus is on the crucial fundamentals for strong goalkeepers: clean catching technique, absolute catching, precise opening play, confident handling in one-on-one situations, reliable back-to-back play, and lightning-fast reactions. These skills form the foundation for convincing performances between the posts. Those who can keep the ball securely, initiate attacks with precision, and react quickly in crucial moments gain a clear advantage. These are precisely the strengths we want to teach you with our training.

Training concept

03

Our sessions combine targeted technique acquisition with practical application in goal. Every goalkeeper has countless touches of the ball in 60 minutes—the perfect foundation for true development. Coordination and movement-specific elements are integrated in an age-appropriate manner to improve catching technique, reaction speed, and agility. All this with lots of fun and passion for goalkeeping.

Structure of the training units

04

With a maximum of four goalkeepers per group, we ensure that each participant receives individual attention. In each 90-minute session, each goalkeeper receives full attention and targeted, personalized feedback. This allows for targeted development of strengths and effective improvement of weaknesses. This intensive training setting ensures maximum development between the posts.

Small group training

05

In all training content, having fun is our top priority. Every child is encouraged within their capabilities and can develop without pressure. Our training sessions are designed to be playful, varied, and entertaining. Because only those who train with joy can learn and improve in the long term.

NEXT11 (winter program)

Only a carefully planned and clearly structured training program can sustainably promote the development of young footballers. The individual key elements must be methodically structured so that they are easy to understand, simple to learn, and immediately applicable. Once these elements are internalized, they can be combined with other training content. Over time, the processes become automated – and the player is able to successfully implement new techniques and skills in the game without much thought.

Reaction & Reflexes

One of the most important skills of a modern goalkeeper is the ability to react quickly to unpredictable game situations. Whether it's a skewed shot, a deflected ball, or a sudden change of direction – the keeper must react within a split second. Targeted exercises with reaction balls, short-range shots, and simulated game situations improve hand-eye coordination, explosiveness, and agility. The goal is to make the right decision in a flash at crucial moments and either secure or block the ball.

Catching and defense techniques

Safe ball handling is the foundation for every goalkeeper. This includes catching high, medium, and low balls, as well as precise punching and defending in dangerous situations. In this area, proper gripping technique, posture, and falling technique are practiced to not only stop balls but also hold them if possible. In addition, goalkeepers learn to clear the ball with courage and control in tight situations without taking unnecessary risks.

1vs1 & Zone Defense

Especially in direct duels with a striker, timing often determines whether a goal is scored or saved. Goalkeepers train to shorten the shooting angle as much as possible by making targeted runs and maintaining a stable blocking position. At the same time, this includes anticipating crosses and through balls in a timely manner and intercepting them safely. In addition to technique and positioning, mental strength is also trained – because a goalkeeper must be decisive, courageous, and clear in his actions in these situations.

Opening play & footwork

A modern goalkeeper is not just a ball catcher, but also his team's primary playmaker. Precise throws, controlled clearances, and accurate passing under pressure are crucial for initiating a targeted attack. This is complemented by quick and clean footwork to ensure optimal positioning for the ball at all times and to remain calm even when making backpasses. This focus promotes agility, coordination, and passing accuracy equally – for greater control and quality in build-up play.
