🍁 Make sure to wear water-repellent and warming textiles to protect yourself from the cold and wet. Your clothing should keep you warm without restricting your mobility. Freedom of movement is crucial for quick reactions!
🍁 In heavy rain, your goalkeeper gloves can absorb water, which leads to more weight and a slower reaction time. Therefore, always have a spare pair ready that are designed for wet conditions.
🍁 Warm up regularly during the game to keep your muscles supple and responsive. Cold can make you stiff and affect your agility!
