Course of the respective training days

Note: Each training session includes two technical focus areas.

Saturday

8:30 a.m.: Registration, allocation of packages and welcome

09:30 - 11:30:  1. training session

12:00 p.m.: Lunch + lunch program

2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.: 2nd training session and a 15-minute tactical training session at the end of the session

Sunday

09:15 – 11:30 a.m.: Meeting point, 3rd training session

12:00 p.m.: Lunch and lunch program

2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.: 4th training session and a 15-minute tactical training session at the end of the session

Monday

09:15 – 11:30 a.m.: Meeting point, 5th training session

12:00 lunch and lunch program

2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.: Keepermania tournament

4:00 p.m.: Awarding of the certificates of participation, award ceremony of the Keepermania tournament.

We train on the well-maintained facility of CSV Düren!

training design

Training takes place in small, age- and performance-based training groups. Individual development should be promoted as much as possible. Special focus areas such as basic goalkeeping technique, opening the game, crosses, one-on-one situations and reactions are the focus of our concept. In addition to the practical training units, theory and video training courses are also held. A total of around 10 technical focal points are trained theoretically and practically. The number of focal points and the training content vary depending on age.

Important:The focus is always on having fun and enjoying the goalie game! All units are structured to take into account the age & skill level of each participant.

Keepermania - the final event

Traditionally, the Keepermania event takes place on the last day of camp (afternoon). In this special form of tournament, two goalkeepers duel and shoot (or throw) at the opposing goal until one of the two players scores five goals and thus wins the respective game. From 2022 we will upgrade the tournaments and each winner will receive a great prize and a Keepermania certificate. In addition, we guarantee lots of fun, action and, above all, spectacular parades!
