Please be aware:

• The printings are made very carefully on a manual base. Each one is unique and to get the best result has to be done by well trained personal. For this reason the time of delivery can increase for 3-5 banking days. So order well-timed!
• In case of "emergency": sometimes somebody needs his items very quickly. Please feel free to contact our friendly service-team. They will be glad to help you.
• Product personalization is only possible when payment method "payment in advance" (= wire transfer) or creditcard is selected.
• Printings of logos, heraldics or graphics can only be made, when we receive them as standard windows files (*.jpg and/or *.eps). Drawings, copies or any other printed pattern (letter, fax, etc.) can NOT be accepted.
